Good texture and flavour. Really convenient to be ready diced in large chunks, I buy 2kg then split it up to freeze and use in different recipes.
The lamb fillet was moist, tender and a very good flavour. I marinated it for a couple of hours in olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic, ground black pepper and a couple of squashed anchovies. Around 20 minutes in the oven and it was beautiful.
