ordered a 4kg topside joint for Christmas 2025 to accompany Turkey etc and was delighted with the lean meat that I oven roasted to a BBC Good Food recipe of a mustard crust sat on carrots, garlic and shallots providing a delicious gravy.
The 4kg joint comfortably served 12 people with cut offs left to freeze.
