Rolled Pork Loin

Meat as usual very good, perfect crackling. A little dissapointed as this is the 2nd time I have ordered 2 kg and received one weighing 1,86 kg. Clearly marked on packet.

I bought a 2 kg piece of loin pork, if I cut in half to make 2 joints. The pork arrived in a well sealed bag and looked very fresh. I cannot comment on the taste, as both joints are in the freezer. 4 stars as not able to eat yet!
